Your Voice & Tone Profile

Your Voice & Tone Profile is a summary of how you write. You don't have to write it. This covers how it builds itself and when it changes.

It covers your tone, sentence length, phrases you use, emoji habits and so on. The writers read it every time, so drafts sound like you.

How it builds itself

Once you save your first blog samples, it's created automatically.
Once you've added both caption and newsletter samples, it updates automatically one more time.
After that, it only changes when you ask.

You can leave the page while it builds.

Regenerate it

When your writing changes, swap in newer writing samples, open the profile and click Regenerate from my samples.

Note

Regenerating replaces the current profile, including any edits you made to it. Saving other sample changes doesn't rebuild it, so your manual edits are safe until you click Regenerate.

Already have a voice profile?

Click Paste a profile and paste it in. It can be up to 30,000 characters.
